Good
Great location, fantastic beach, friendly personal, mostly, Price is quite affordable
I'd pay more but wish the hotel gets more maintenance and modernization. It's been mostly the same as we visited it 14 years ago. Bed is hard and pillows are too big and not soft. Please, improve your hotel, which is a bit rundown.

Great location but service and amenities were scarce
Amenities and minimum service. Room had a great view but the bedding, furniture and bathroom were in a bad state especially the sofa that was dirty and full of stains

Relaxed Aloha
Fantastic beachfront location with three pools. Three terraced areas for deck chairs with sun or shade trees and umbrellas. Massage facilities right by beach area
Rooms are a bit tired but cleaned daily, safe, secure, garden, pool or beach views and sunrise views as well.

Cannot beat the location on the direct beach access
Excellent position on Lamai Beach. Great breakfast and accommodation, well kept pool and very clean Staff very nice
I arrived after 11pm due to a plane delay and there was no reception available to let me into my room. I had also arranged a free transfer from the airport which obviously didn’t happen either. No where to go on the first night. However they did upgrade my room without me asking for the remaining time.
